She achieved her master’s degree in Healthcare Administration in 2017 and her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2022. Michelle has also received numerous certifications in business management, leadership, and healthcare billing/coding.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her cats and dogs, which she affectionately refers to as “the children”, hiking, and working in her yard.
