Hello - We are in the non-for-profit healthcare setting and currently performing an audit on internal remote work. I wanted to reach out to members to see if anybody has any experience, insight, or recommendations for how to conduct a remote work audit with limited resources available on hand (i.e., policies, procedures, staffing). All the information that is currently available external focus on remote work from an auditing perspective, rather than internally auditing and making recommendations for remote work within an organization.
