Tech Talk Subcommittee - NEW MEMBERS

The Tech Talk Subcommittee is looking for volunteers.  

The mission of the Tech Talk Subcommittee is to ensure the Association of Healthcare Internal Auditors’ Tech Talk and Epic EHR webinars support its mission and are responsive to the needs of Association membership and the profession at large.

We meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month (upcoming meetings scheduled for 11/14/24 and 12/12/24).  Commitment would be on average 2-3 hours per month.

The Webinar Subcommittee is responsible for:

• Developing/overseeing 2-3 Epic EHR and 4 Technology webinars annually or as requested by the Board.
• Determining topics and engaging speakers for each Tech Talk Webinar.
• Working closely with the other Virtual Learning Subcommittee Chairs to provide coordinated virtual learning events.
• Ensuring virtual learning events comply with all NASBA requirements.
• Ensuring virtual learning events support the certification process, while remaining independent.

Any knowledge or experience in Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR), Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Cybersecurity, would be helpful but not required.
