•Graduate degree with 25 years of healthcare experience in audit and compliance.
•Demonstrated strategic thinking in leading institutional initiatives and projects through implementation.
•Proven ability to lead, influence, collaborate and develop relationships with executives, clinicians and cross functional teams to enhance risk assessment standards, operational efficiencies and financial controls.
•Demonstrated analytical and interpretation skills of financial and operational data in assessment of risks, accuracy of financial statements, compliance with policies and/or regulations, and internal controls.
•Significant experience leading teams and individuals on quality improvement projects, risk assessments, institutional projects and audits.
•Ability to persuasively communicate and efficiently deliver findings and recommendations to executives.
