Hello - We are in the non-for-profit healthcare setting and currently performing an audit on internal remote work. I wanted to reach out to members to see if anybody has any experience, insight, or recommendations for how to conduct a remote work audit with limited resources available on hand (i.e., policies, procedures, staffing). All the information that is currently available external focus on remote work from an auditing perspective, rather than internally auditing and making recommendations for remote work within an organization
Discussion group for those systems utilizing the Highbond/ Galvanize tools for audit workpapers, GRC, ERM, or other audit activities
Now is a perfect time to perform this self-audit as the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) Phase 2 Audits are underway with the pre-audit surveys
To provide resources for audit shops interested in improving their processes and preparing for a quality assurance review
The amount and quality of information that I gained will irrefutably support us in developing, implementing and maintaining better audit processes."
